The Lowepro ProTactic BP 450 AW III backpack is designed as a work tool to work perfectly under the photographer's arm during a full day of events or other work. You can customize the bag according to the job and location. The backpack has four access points. The two side points provide quick access to gear without having to take the bag off, ideal for left-handed users. The wide top access is perfect for longer telephoto lenses, allowing you to remove or insert a lens without opening the entire bag. Full rear access allows you to conveniently rearrange the interior or take out the device you're looking for. Perfect e.g. for an assembled video rig or if you want to quickly rearrange what you want to access through the top side openings.
Innovative new MaxFit™ separation system
The ProTactic BP 450 AW III has a new separation system. The pressed ends of the MaxFit™ moulded dividers lock very securely - even fitting perfectly to each other's end points - so you can combine them in new ways, even creating larger dividers and arranging your set in new ways. The corners of the new dividers fit more snugly to the slanted or rounded corners of the bag, reducing any gaps. With MaxFit™ dividers, more gear fits in the same bag.
Portable pockets and cases for laptops and accessories.
The inside of the rear 'door' has a CradleFit laptop holder (up to a 16'' Macbook Pro) and zippered transparent organizer pockets. The side doors have large external elastic pockets that can hold up to a 1 litre water bottle, and the bottom is reinforced for a tripod. Additional loops and pockets on the side of the bag help if you want to attach additional tools or a tripod to the bag. The bag stops on its ''feet'' when you put it on the ground, making it easy to work with and easier to access your tools.
SlipLock modular fixing system and accessories
The exterior of the bag features a hybrid strap attachment system that runs across the front, sides, top and belt strap of the bag. This hybrid system is also compatible with Lowepro's own SlipLock™ tabs and standard MOLLE or PALS cases.
The following accessories are included with the bag and can be attached to the SlipLock system: 1 zippered case, 1 drawstring case for a 1 litre bottle or tripod leg, 2 QuickStrap quick straps with a new attachment method for more secure attachment and 1 All Weather Cover™ (AWC) rain cover.
Comfort
The Protactic BP 450 AW III features a double density ActivZone™ harness, and is designed with a SlideCam chest strap and removable padded waist belt. The perforated and wave-patterned moulded EVA back panel improves airflow, while the added waist structure provides extra support, which makes it especially comfortable when carrying a laptop. The top and bottom handles and grab handles make the bag easier to handle when travelling.
