The JJC LH-SH142 Lens Hood is designed for the Sony FE 85mm f/1.4 GM lens. It helps prevent unwanted stray light from entering the lens by extending and shading the end of the lens. It is crafted from ABS plastic material and features a non-glare matte finish on the interior surface to limit lens flare further. The hood allows you to put on a Ф77mm filter and a Ф77mm lens cap. In addition, since the end of the lens is extended, you also get the added benefit of extra protection from accidental impact.
